Who is responsible for your data?

What data, and why?

• Sending the bonuses and samples you ask for: your email address (and first name if you give it). Legal basis: your request.
• The LouteCrea letters: only if you tick the newsletter box. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Technical data: our web host keeps connection logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security.

The site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool.

Who receives your data?

It is never sold or rented. It is processed on our behalf by Brevo (France) for forms and emails, and by our web host LWS (Ligne Web Services, France).

How long is it kept?

• Bonus request without the letter: 12 months after your request.
• Letter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after your last open or click.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, ask for portability, object to processing or withdraw your consent by writing to loutecrea@gmail.com. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
